Orca CS-3xx család

A vízi tartomány, pontosan megszámolva: két öntött, alacsony jelzésű platform. 01 · A család

A legkisebb család,
pontosan megszámolva.

Az Orca a flotta legfiatalabb tartománya, és ezt ki is mondjuk: pontosan két platform, mindegyiken egy első mérnöki átfutással, a tengerészmérnöki felvételek pedig még hátravannak. A helyét azért érdemli ki, mert a doktrína szinte fordítás nélkül illeszkedik a vízre — olcsó, öntött hordozók, nincs rádió —, és mert az alacsony fémtartalmú test, amely megfizethetővé teszi a flottát, ugyanaz a test, amely csendessé is teszi. Azt a doktrínát, amit a flotta többi része választ, itt az óceán kényszeríti ki.

Doktrína-illeszkedés

A fizika kényszeríti ki a doktrínát

A tengervíz vezetőképessége teljesen kioltja a rádiófrekvenciás jeleket — ugyanúgy, ahogyan a kőzet teszi ezt a föld alatt. A rádió- és GPS-mentes doktrína, amely a levegőben tervezési döntés, a tengeren egyszerűen az üzemi valóság. Víz alatt egyedül az optikai szál és a korlátozott autonómia működik, és pontosan ezekre a kapcsolatokra építünk már most is. Nincs mit zavarni. Nincs mit megtéveszteni.

Jelzés

Egy történet, kétszer elmesélve

A színtiszta műanyagból öntött test nagy darabszámban olcsón gyártható. Emellett nem tartalmaz acélt, tehát nincs mágneses anomália, amit egy hatásszenzor leolvashatna, és csak gyenge a szonárvisszhang. Egy öntési döntés mindkettőt megveszi. A gyártási történet és az alacsony jelzés története ugyanaz a történet.

Irányítás a tengeren

A szál a munka gerince

A 2. szintű szálvezérelt irányítás — zavarhatatlan, ember a döntési láncban, és ebben a közegben már bevett norma — végzi a munkabevetéseket. A korlátozott autonómia fedi le a szálon túli szakaszokat. A tengeren nincs ballisztikus szint, és a platformonkénti szintválasztás még nyitott.

02 · A család horgonya

Orca CS-310
Tartós felmérés és hordozás

Fejlődő tervezésű, tartós felmérő- és hordozó-AUV — a családi spektrum hosszú, türelmes vége. Útvonalfelmérés, tengerfenék-helyzetkép, part menti őrszolgálat: távolságot és időt fed le, egy hasznosteher-kazettát szállít, és a helyzetképpel tér vissza. Egy első mérnöki átfutás már létezik; az alábbi alapkonfiguráció javasolt, és jóváhagyásra vár — nem eldöntött terv, és ezt inkább kimondjuk, mintsem elrejtjük.

A kompromisszum

Az Orca akusztikus jelzést vált hatótávra: a hajócsavar hallható, és ezt elfogadjuk a felmérési szerephez. Az alacsony fémtartalmú öntött test megtartja a gyenge visszhang előnyét; a hallható hajócsavar a ~190 km-es osztályú szakaszok lefedésének kimondott ára. A spektrum csendes vége a Jellyfish, alább — a két platform szándékosan fogja közre a családot. Az egyik végén hatótáv, a másikon csend.

Kússzon, ne sprinteljen.

Biomimetikus, pulzáló sugárhajtású hasznosteher-hordozó, amely azzal nyer, hogy észrevétlenül érkezik. Az elasztomer harang egyben hajtómű, burkolat és érintkezési rugalmasság — egyetlen öntött alkatrészben —, nincs hajócsavar, nincs kavitáció, nincs lapátfrekvencia-vonal, nincs nyomdokvíz. Küldetések: rejtett szenzor- és jeladó-telepítés, hajótest- és kikötőfelügyelet, kommunikációs relé kézbesítése, alacsony jelzésű felderítés — ember a döntési láncban, bevetés nélkül. A polgári testvér ugyanaz a gép: hajótest- és mólóellenőrzés, környezeti mintavétel.

Három elnyomott jelzés — tervezési cél

Nincs hajócsavar és nincs kavitáció (akusztikus), nincs acél (mágneses), közel környezeti hőmérsékletű elektronika (termikus): három elnyomott jelzés, tervezés szerint. Ez egy tervezési cél, nem tesztelt tulajdonság — semmit sem mértünk meg, és ez az oldal soha nem fog semmit kimutathatatlannak nevezni.

A hasznosteher-határ

A hasznosteher egy műszer. Pont.

A Jellyfish egy szenzort, egy jeladót, egy kommunikációs relécsomópontot vagy egy polgári ellenőrző csomagot szállít — soha robbanótöltetet. Nincs robbanófej, nincs gyújtószerkezet, semmiféle energetikai hasznosteher, és ebben a programban nem létezik hajótestre rögzítő küldetés — semelyik platformon és semelyik ügyfélnél. A fegyveresítési kérdések elsősorban jogi tanácsadói, nem termékdöntési kérdések.

Amit még nem oldottunk meg

A harang fáradása több millió pulzusciklus alatt, és az elasztomer megkeményedése közel 0 °C-os vízben — mindkettő nyitott kérdés. Az A/B elágazású szerkezeti opciók megoldatlanok, az irányítási szintet még modellezni kell, és semmi sincs költségbecsléssel ellátva.

Nincs rádió, mindkét felén

Nincs rádió és nincs GPS semelyik védelmi, föld alatti vagy szálvezérelt kialakításban — a doktrína kizárja ezt a kapcsolatot, a víz alatt pedig a fizika úgyis kikényszeríti. Rádió és GNSS kizárólag a polgári Industrial vonalon engedélyezett: ez a felszíni kivétel, és ezt nyíltan ki is mondjuk.
