01 · Familjen

Den minsta familjen,
exakt räknad.

Orca är den yngsta domänen i flottan, och det säger vi öppet: exakt två plattformar, en första ingenjörsgenomgång på var och en, marina ingenjörsrekryteringar ännu inte gjorda. Den förtjänar sin plats eftersom doktrinen överförs till vatten nästan utan översättning — billiga formgjutna bärare, ingen radio — och eftersom det metallfattiga skrovet som gör flottan prisvärd är samma skrov som gör den tyst. Den doktrin som resten av flottan väljer, den upprätthåller havet.

Doktrinanpassning

Fysiken upprätthåller doktrinen

Havsvattnets ledningsförmåga slår ut HF-signaler helt — på samma sätt som berggrund gör under jord. Doktrinen utan radio och utan GPS, som i luften är ett konstruktionsval, är till sjöss helt enkelt verkligheten man arbetar under. Fiber och begränsad autonomi är de enda länkar som fungerar under vatten, och det är de länkar vi redan bygger kring. Inget att störa ut. Inget att lura.

Signatur

En historia, berättad två gånger

Ett helgjutet plastskrov är billigt att tillverka i volym. Det innehåller heller inget stål — så det finns ingen magnetisk anomali för en influenssensor att läsa av, bara en svag sonarreflex. Ett enda formgjutningsbeslut ger båda fördelarna. Tillverkningshistorien och signaturhistorien är samma historia.

Styrning till sjöss

Fiber är arbetshästen

Fiberstyrd styrning på nivå 2 — ostörbar, med människa i beslutsloopen, och redan etablerad norm i detta medium — bär de operativa uppdragen. Begränsad autonomi täcker sträckorna bortom fiberkabeln. Det finns ingen ballistisk nivå till sjöss, och nivåvalet per plattform är fortfarande öppet.

02 · Familjens ankare

Orca CS-310
Uthållig spaning & bärare

En pågående design för en uthållig spanings- och bärar-AUV — familjespektrumets långa, tålmodiga ände. Ruttspaning, lägesbild av havsbotten, kustbevakning: täck avstånd och tid, bär en nyttolastkassett, kom tillbaka med lägesbilden. En första ingenjörsgenomgång finns; baslinjen nedan är föreslagen och väntar på ratificering — inte en beslutad design, och det säger vi rakt ut i stället för att dölja det.

Avvägningen

Orca byter akustisk signatur mot räckvidd: en propeller hörs, och det accepterar vi för spaningsrollen. Det metallfattiga formgjutna skrovet behåller fördelen med den svaga reflexen; den hörbara propellern är det uttalade priset för att täcka sträckor i ~190 km-klassen. Spektrumets tysta ände är Jellyfish, nedan — de två plattformarna ramar in familjen med avsikt. Räckvidd i ena änden, tystnad i den andra.

03 · Den tysta änden

Krypa, inte spurta.

En biomimetisk pulsjet-nyttolastbärare som vinner genom att komma obemärkt. Elastomerklockan är framdrivning, kåpa och kontakteftergivlighet i en enda formgjuten del — ingen propeller, ingen kavitation, ingen bladfrekvenslinje, inget kölvatten. Uppdrag: dold utplacering av sensorer och bojar, skrovs- och hamnövervakning, leverans av kommunikationsreläer, signatursvag spaning — med människa i beslutsloopen, ingen bekämpning. Den civila tvillingen är samma maskin: skrovs- och pelarinspektion, miljöprovtagning.

Tre undertryckta signaturer — ett konstruktionsmål

Ingen propeller och ingen kavitation (akustiskt), inget stål (magnetiskt), nästan omgivningstempererad elektronik (termiskt): tre undertryckta signaturer, till sin konstruktion. Det är ett konstruktionsmål, inte en testad egenskap — inget har mätts, och den här sidan kommer aldrig att kalla något oupptäckbart.

Nyttolastgränsen

Nyttolasten är ett instrument. Punkt.

Jellyfish bär en sensor, en märkning, en kommunikationsrelänod eller ett civilt inspektionspaket. Frågor om beväpning avgörs alltid av juridisk rådgivning i första hand, de är inte produktbeslut.

Vad vi inte har löst

Klockmaterialets utmattning över miljontals pulscykler, och elastomerförstyvning i vatten nära 0 °C — båda är öppna frågor. De strukturella alternativen gren A/B är olösta, styrningsnivån är ännu inte modellerad, och inget är kostnadsberäknat.

Ingen radio, båda halvorna

Ingen radio och ingen GPS i någon försvars-, underjords- eller fiberstyrd design — doktrinen utesluter länken, och under vatten upprätthåller fysiken den ändå. Radio och GNSS är endast tillåtet på den civila Industrial-linjen: det är ytundantaget, och det säger vi uttryckligen.
