Den minste familien,
nøyaktig opptalt.

Orca er den yngste domenet, og vi sier det: nøyaktig to plattformer, hver med ett første ingeniørgjennomløp, og ennå ingen skipsingeniører internt. Den står på denne nettsiden fordi doktrinen kartlegges nesten uten oversettelse til vannet — billige formstøpte bærere, ingen radio — og fordi det metallsvake skroget som gjør flåten rimelig, er samme skrog som gjør den stille.

Doktrinetilpasning

Fysikken håndhever doktrinen

Under vann dreper sjøvannets ledningsevne HF uansett — akkurat som fjell dreper den under bakken. Doktrinen uten radio og uten GPS, som i luften er en designbeslutning, er til sjøs rett og slett driftsvirkeligheten. Fiber og begrenset autonomi er de eneste alternativene, og det er alternativene vi bygger for uansett.

Signatur

Én historie, fortalt to ganger

Et formstøpt helplast-skrog er billig å produsere i volum — og det bærer intet stål, så det finnes ingen magnetisk anomali for en påvirkningssensor og bare et svakt sonarekko. Produksjonshistorien og signaturhistorien er samme historie.

Styring til sjøs

Fiberen er arbeidshesten

Fiberkabelbundet styring på Nivå 2 — ikke jammbar, med menneske i sløyfen og allerede industristandard i dette mediet — er arbeidsnivået. Begrenset autonomi dekker strekk utenfor kabelen. Et ballistisk nivå finnes ikke til sjøs, og nivåvalget per plattform er fortsatt åpent.

Orca CS-310
Utholdende kartlegging og bæring

Et pågående design for en utholdende kartleggings- og bærer-AUV — familiespektrets «lange og tålmodige» ende. Rutekartlegging, sjøbunns-lagebilde, kystvakt: dekke strekning og tid, bære en nyttelastkartusje, komme tilbake med lagebildet. Et første ingeniørgjennomløp finnes; basislinjen under er foreslått og venter på ratifisering — ikke et avgjort design, og vi sier det i stedet for å skjule det.

Byttet

Orca bytter akustisk signatur mot rekkevidde: en propell er hørbar, og for kartleggingsrollen aksepterer vi det. Det metallsvake formstøpte skroget beholder fordelen med det svake ekkoet; den hørbare propellen er den uttalte prisen for strekk i ~190 km-klassen. Den stille enden av spekteret er Jellyfish, under — de to plattformene rammer inn familien med hensikt.

03 · Den stille enden

Jellyfish CS-320
Krype, ikke sprinte.

En biomimetisk pulsstråle-nyttelastbærer som vinner ved å ankomme ubemerket. Elastomerklokken er fremdrift, kledning og kontaktetterlevelse i én formstøpt del — ingen propell, ingen kavitasjon, ingen bladfrekvenslinje, ingen kjølvann. Oppdrag: skjult utsetting av sensorer og baker, skrog- og havneovervåking, levering av kommunikasjonsreléer, signatursvak rekognosering — menneske i sløyfen, aldri strid. Den sivile tvillingen er samme maskin: skrog- og pirinspeksjon, miljøprøvetaking.

Tre undertrykte signaturer — ett designmål

Ingen propell og ingen kavitasjon (akustisk), intet stål (magnetisk), elektronikk nær omgivelsestemperatur (termisk): tre undertrykte signaturer, per design. Det er et designmål, ikke en testet egenskap — ingenting er målt, og denne siden vil aldri kalle noe udetekterbart.

Nyttelastgrensen

Nyttelasten er et instrument. Punktum.

Jellyfish bærer en sensor, en markør, en kommunikasjonsrelé-knute eller en sivil inspeksjonspakke — aldri en sprengladning. Intet stridshode, ingen tenning, ingen energetisk nyttelast overhodet, og i dette programmet finnes det ikke noe oppdrag om å feste seg til skip — for ingen plattform og ingen kunde. Bevæpningsspørsmål er underlagt juridisk gjennomgang i forkant; de er ikke produktbeslutninger.

Hva vi ikke har løst

Klokkeutmatting over millioner pulssykluser og elastomerstivning i vann nær 0 °C — begge åpne. De strukturelle alternativene i A/B-veiskillet er uløste, styringsnivået er fortsatt å modellere, og ingenting er kostnadsmodellert.

Ingen radio, begge halvdeler

Ingen radio og ingen GPS i noe forsvars-, undergrunns- eller kabelbundet design — doktrinen konstruerer bort forbindelsen, og under vann håndhever fysikken det uansett. Radio og GNSS er utelukkende tillatt på den sivile Industrial-linjen: det er overflateunntaket, og vi sier det uttrykkelig.
