Real Machines.
Real Ground.

Canadian Shield engineers and builds uncrewed systems in Alberta, on a floor with its own 5-axis machine shop and injection-moulding line, inside a group that has run heavy equipment for three decades. What gets designed and written here goes into a mould, a launcher or a hull and gets run. We are looking for engineers and programmers.

How to Write to Us

One Letter.
A Straight Answer.

Write to [email protected] with Careers in the subject line. Tell us what you have designed, machined or written, what it ran on, and what it did. Send the thing you are proudest of — it does not have to be written up.

We do not post positions. A person reads every letter, and you hear back from one, straight, about whether there is a place.

Engineers

Mechanical, Pneumatic, Moulding, Systems

Airframes and hulls, launchers, tooling and moulds, tracked chassis, coiled-tubing plant — and the fire-control stack that cues them. If you would rather prove it on the floor than on a slide, write.

Programmers

Guidance, Perception, Fire Control

Preset guidance, fibre-guided human-in-loop control and passive optical-AI perception — with no radio and no GPS in the loop, by design. If that constraint reads as the interesting part, write.

Built in Canada

Prove It on a Machine,
Not a Slide.

Engineers and programmers who want their work to fly, drive, dive or bore — in Alberta, on a fleet designed for the day the radio is jammed.
