Responder CS-810 is a removable operator. It sits in the operator's seat in a cradle resting on the machine's own seat pan, with the machine's own lap belt threaded through a closed tunnel between the cradle rails, and it works that machine's joysticks, levers, pedals and switches with its own actuators. A camera reads the dashboard.
Nothing is cut, wired or reprogrammed to accept it. It never connects to the machine's CAN bus, ECU or firmware, and the only wire between the two is a fused feed from the accessory point. The dock anchors to seat-belt pins the manufacturer already fitted, so the fit is done once and stays with the machine. The unit lifts out and the machine is standard again.
Age is not a barrier: the unit reaches the joysticks, levers, pedals and switches an operator reaches, and leaves the machine's electronics alone. The Machines page carries the seven machine families and what the unit reaches in each cab; Responder CS-810 carries the profile in full; and the Roles page sits above this door and names the others.
